Why do I need insurance?

You are an aviation manufacturer. You want to get covered against design or manufacturing flaw that could lead to a claim.

Our solution

We offer Aeronautical and Space Products Liability insurance, which consists of two main coverages:

• Product liability
  It covers the financial consequences of your liability for bodily injury, property damage and consequential damage caused by your aeronautical product.
• Grounding
  It covers deprivation of use of complete aircraft already delivered, resulting in grounded flights due to your aeronautical product.

This coverage covers damage caused by a defect in the design or implementation that occurred after delivery of the aeronautical and / or space product.
